Ladies' Night Out

Last Friday evening was an awesome yet exhausting night with mum and her awesome friends.

Mum brought me along to her party to watch her perform "Nobody" dance with four other friends. I got myself out of her friend's car and my mouth dropped when I saw the 4-storey house of mum's friend. It really looked nice and surely comfortable.

I then climbed up the stairs to 2nd storey and peeked around. My mouth went agape when I looked at the guest room. Truly indescribable indeed. The room was virtually filled with glasses and plates.

After dinner time for the performance. Firstly, Lydia and Adeline sang their song. Humph! I wish I could hear their voices. I'm so sure their voices were beautiful because their faces expressed it, especially Adeline. The song was about good friends.

Next performance was by five wonderwomen. The five women danced naturally although I knew there were some mistakes. Toward the end of the dance, the dancers pulled the audience in to dance with them. After the dance, they all laughed away and hugged every women. Adeline said it was the best birthday present she has ever received. Tracey.T brought a cake made by mum to the table. Three babes gathered in front of the cake and all sang "Happy Birthday". I was video-ing at that time. :D

After all had settled down after eating their cake, they sat around and chatted and laughed away. Guess what I did?? I switched role from being a photographer and video recorder for the night to an obsessed bespectacled bookworm. Hahaa. ^^v Not only a bookworm, I was also smsing at that late hour. LOL!

The audience enjoyed it thoroughly and asked for an encore. Halfway through the dance, the song stopped for no apparent reason. After a few seconds it started again and they continued with their dance.

Overall, the dance was the highlight for the 3 birthday gals. Bravo, wonder women!! I'm glad all loved and enjoyed the event. Mum and I reached home at around 1am- feeling lethargic!! @x@
