Yesterday was an awesome day. Melina from my church surprised me by asking me to go out with her. It was actually a birthday and Christmas treat for me at Swensens at Parkway Parade.
After settling down at a table with comfortable seats, Melina, mum and i began to chat and laugh hysterically. I told them that we were not just here to chat and laugh. We were also here to eat ice creams. So we quickly discussed then placed our orders.
Ian joined us for an ice cream feast. Melina ate individually while Ian, mum and i shared a bowl of five scoops of ice cream.
After downing these delectable desserts, Ian set off to Borders where his passion lies while girls stayed on to share, chat and laugh again. There was continous joy and laughter between us.
My side cheeks hurt so much after about an hour plus of laughing. My eyes nearly welled up each time i broke into laughter. Luckily, i didn't shed a tear. Otherwise it would be so embarrassing...
Few hours passed, Melina and i decided to jalan around while mum went to Cold Storage to do her grocery shopping.
That was when Melina and i started to laugh again. Lol. I told her i am looking for a small ribbon on a hair clip. She suggested to go to Chameloen. I found numerous cute ones there. Small ones. Nice ones. Credits to her suggestion. Sadly, i don't like that kind of hair clips therefore, i didn't buy it.
Then we walked to the next row and found other cute hair bands. The ones with bunny's ears, kitten's ears and minnie's ears. I looked very cute when i put one by one on my head out of fun. Thanks Melina for snapping pictures of me. :)
It's nice knowing Melina. She is hilarious and has a great sense of humour. She is also learning sign language. She is from university, currently studying Psychlogy.
