Kim Leng, my bestie and I walked to Bedok Reservoir, game for a long jog. It is 4km in total! I promised myself to try jogging the next time we went to Bedok Reservoir as I didn't jog last week with him.
As we started to jog after our warm-up, I stopped my jog halfway to catch up with my breath. I thought we were beyond 1km but no! It was only 0.5km and I stopped halfway. ): That was bad!!!
I then caught up with him and the cycle of run-stop-run repeated for around 6 times. 4km is reaaaaally a big circle. More like a marathon to me. :O
Kim Leng left me halfway and continued his non-stop jog. He completed 4km while I was still walking, catching up with my breath again. I then saw the bar, where our starting point was nearby. Seeing the bar and having drizzles raining on my spectacles motivated me to speed up my run. I then saw Kim Leng waiting for me there. I ran all the way to meet him. YAY! I DID IT!!! For the first time, I completed 3.5km! I regretted not trying any hard to reach 4km. Just a bit more ahead. ): But I was so drained and I was slightly dizzy due to a lack of iron.
Lesson: Never jog when I'm having a lack of iron (thankfully, I was alright and I didn't faint or else, paiseh!).
Now I know why the doctor suggested me not to do strenuous activities or exercises. This is because the percent of my oxygen isn't the same as the normal person. Not 100%. I remember mine was 80%+ after my last sleep study. So yeah... Isabelle, be careful not to go too extreme with yourself.
