Yvonne and Jaslyn were punctual waiting for KL and me. We were terribly late :( Thanks to KL, I missed six trains (about 40 to 45 minutes waiting for him at Simei station! Aiyoh!) When the seventh train arrived, I crossed my fingers (probably my toes too?) that he was in the train. To my relief, KL and his friend were inside waving to me to hop in. FINALLY .
After a long train journey to Orchard mrt station, we arrived at 2.15pm. "Sorry!" we uttered many times to Yvonne and Jaslyn. As a punishment, we helped them throw the plastic bags away after they finished lunch. =.= KL and I hunted for a dustbin. I think KL needs to learn his lesson for being Mr Late which I named him recently!(: Right? Shaking my head.... and slapping my forehead too.... LOL.
By 3pm, we reached Orchard Cathay. The weather was quite hot, and we landed on the seats at Long John Silver with a sigh of relief. *I've just finished eating Siew Mai, yummy!!!(: Back to blogging.... Yvonne spread the sweets she bought from Australia on the table. Everyone ate them except me because I don't like sweets :( Then, I received a text message from Angelina. She asked us to move to KFC which was beside LJS. Before we window-shopped, someone, probably Angelina, suddenly suggested that we take neo-prints. We had not done that for a while.
Snapping moments!!! We squeezed together and our joyful smiles flashed across our faces. We kept choosing the photo frames and changing our positions quickly before the time was up. Snap, snap.......
After a great time there, we went to buy drinks to quench our thirst. While waiting, I wondered why the Cathay shopping centre did not have a label "Cathay or Cineleisure" on it. I asked KL. He shrugged at me. We searched around for the word "Cathay" or "Cineleisure". KL found "Cathay" on the top right hand corner. It was too small to be seen. I also found one which was nearer the entrance. Soon after that, we headed to HMV. We visited a few shops. Nothing interesting :(After we reached Plaza Singapura, Yvonne, Jaslyn, KL and I bid farewell to Angelina and Angela. We headed to the DG mrt station and chatted about matters regarding the world, school, blah, blah, blah... At 5.45pm, we headed home. What a fun-filled outing we had!
