Oh, I'm a little late posting this regarding my school holiday.
It actually started on 8 March 2012, 1.30pm. (:
My year 1 of my schooling year was finally completed. (: YAY! Speaking of year 1, I hope to get better results with a better GPA for this year. The results of year 1 will be released on 29 March 2012. *gulp*
Year 2 will commence on 9 April 2012 with a different class name, new modules and lecturers. The new year will be filled with new, unpredictable challenges, struggles and lastly, victories. I'm a little apprehensive about year 2 and what kind of challenges will be coming my way. Hopefully, the new lecturers will have hearts of gold so as to help me get along the lessons better. (: Nonetheless, I will just put my trust and faith in God for He's the planner of my life. I will simply follow His plan.
Looking back, I sometimes wonder if I've put enough effort for the previous exam... Maybe it isn't enough or is enough? My aim isn't just to get a pass but to secure high marks for each module for year 1.
Somehow, I wonder if I got into the wrong path which is to go to ITE instead of taking O Level examination before proceeding to the polytechnic only if it's possible or I pass it well. Because sometimes, I think ITE is too relaxing for me unlike O Level which is fast-paced. Maybe too much relaxation does affect my studies? Shrugs... What's more is that I can't turn back the clock and head off to BHSS to take O Level. It's way too late to regret anything.
Somehow, I do appreciate that ITE is more relaxing than BHSS given that the waking time is much later than the latter. There are more free periods which gives students some space to study or do their own stuff in between lessons unlike BHSS. In contrast, ITE's free periods do stretch the dismissal time to go home. The ending time between ITE and BHSS are three to four hours apart. Going home late also means having shorter period of time for my studies and revision. But on the bright side, it also teaches me time management which I'm still struggling to better it since ITE year 1 started.
In conclusion, there are many pros and cons in life, not only school, etc. All we have to do is to just accept the contradications. (:
