Farewell

I was watching them from behind as the Ohs siblings walked together quietly with soft voices, exchanging their last few words. My heart moved when shooting this scene. I held back my tears. It has always been difficult for mummy each time she has to see him off. She only gets to see him every 2-3 years.

Tears finally streamed down my cheeks when I watched mummy cry for the last time at the departure hall. Not only because of this emotional sight, I was actually given a 35mm lens just before he departed. With a mixture of sheer surprise, bewilderment, and deeply touched yet with thankfulness, I cried. He told me to continue working hard and take good photos with this lens. (':

From your company, laughter, communication, your cooking to passing down your camera tools, THANK YOU for everything, Uncle Phillip Oh! See you in 2-3 years' time! I'll welcome you with a MOS burger.
